Jamb Re-Schedules Time-Table
The Joint Admission and Matriculation board has changed the earlier announced date scheduled for the 2017 examination. This development came after their inability to conduct the mock examination on Saturday, April 8.The board faulted this on the to achieve a substantial rehearsal and test-running of the the new system. while assuring the the candidates of seamless and succesful examination, the board registrar, Professor Oloyede Is-haq told newsmen in na brief press release that the mock examination was to trial-test the readiness of the available facilities and adress the challenges that may likely confront the main examination. The board also made it clear that the examination is volutary and free, except for the cbt centre charge of seven hundred naira only.
Meanwhile, Jamb has obviously yield the call of several stakeholders, including the Nigeria Senate, to extend the date of registration. The board has announced a new deadline and examination date to may 5 and may 13 respectively.
Note that the new date for the mock examination has not being announced yet, however, do not rest on your oars in the preparation for the main examination. Also, it will be advisable for you to participate in the mock exam as this will keep you familiar with what to expect in the main examination.
